Little Creatures Brewing was born out of the love of great beer shared by a few good mates. In particular, it was a hop driven pale ale they tasted in the north west of the U.S that really captured their hearts and gave rise to this little brewery that began on the water’s edge in Fremantle.

Named after Australia’s first brewer, James Squire offers drinkers a world full of flavour. James Squire lived life to the fullest in his journey from scoundrel to respectable beer pioneer. Today, well over 150 years later, the James Squire craft beer range offers the same dedication to quality and desire to pioneer the best of flavours.

Crafted with Galaxy hops, Kosciuszko Pale Ale delivers a fruity take on the Australian pale ale style. It refreshes your palate with pleasant rich malt and a fruity hoppy finish.

A cornerstone of the hinterland village of Eumundi, the iconic Imperial Hotel has been welcoming locals and tourists since its opening in 1911. Now home to the Eumundi Brewery currently brewing Eumundi Lager, Pale Ale and a great range of seasonal limited releases.

Panhead is New Zealand’s very own craft brewing monster truck rally, putting the frighteners on anyone who thinks beer should mind its own business and cower behind the wine rack. Launched in 2013 out of the old Dunlop tyre factory in darkest Maidstone, we were embraced enthusiastically from the get go by Wellington’s beer cognoscenti of beardy app developers, design grads and contractors from the Ministry of Social Development.

KIRIN was established in 1888 and uses a unique brewing method called First Press to deliver taste purity. First Press describes the craft of extracting only the first press of liquid from the malt, when it’s at its purest, much like extra virgin olive oil. By using only the first press of the liquid brewed from nature’s finest ingredients, the beer is “MEGUMI” (Japanese meaning if “gift”). Only KIRIN uses First Press brewing, a mark of time-honoured Japanese master craftsmanship.

Heineken beer was born when, back in 1863, 22 year-old Gerard Heineken set himself a simple mission: create the perfect beer. Birra Morretti

Birra Moretti was first brewed in Udine, Northern Italy in 1859 – a perfected recipe that has remained largely unchanged ever since. The lager combines the highest quality raw materials, along with a special blend of hops, to intensify the flavour of Birra Moretti.

It started at the Norco Piggery in 1898. Bought in 1984 by an American music promoter, it became a music haven hosting some pretty big legends. The Byron Brewery is the latest tale and taste from the old piggery. Started first by a couple of locals with a love for all natural beer in 2004 and moving to the piggery in 2008. The brewery is now run by Al. Hailing from South Africa who continues to brew beer with a distinct flavour and refreshment inspired by the warm weather of Byron.

XXXX Summer Bright Lager is an easy drinking, crisp style lager with a mild bitterness and fruity aroma. Every drop receives superior bright filtration, making a beer that’s full-flavoured and pure. 5 Seeds offers refreshing cider with flavoursome apple characteristcs coming through in both the aroma and flavour. 5 Seeds has become one of Australia’s favourite ciders for obvious reasons! Serve on its own over ice or with the addition of some fresh fruit.

North or south? If you say ‘over east’ you know what we’re talking about. The Swan River divides us into two tribes. Where we Friday night, where we live, who we barrack for … they’re all shaped by which side we were born on. That tannin-stained river, with its jellyfish and blowies, pelicans and snarky black swans, gives us our identity. It used to give us our breweries. We reckon it’s about time it did again. Bevy is reviving brewing on the Swan by literally building on WA brewing history – this site was once The Brewer’s Arms, owned by one Henry Camfield (penny just drop?). Those wild colonial boys knew how to brew. We’re following their lead, crafting crisp, refreshing ales and lagers from the best ingredients we can get our hands-on. That river that divides us? Now it can unite us over a Bevy.
