How do I place an order?

Once you have become a Malt Shovel customer, simply download the Ordermentum app or use the online portal. Add your products to the cart, select your delivery date and submit! We have made our ordering platform as simple and efficient as possible so you can get your products with no fuss.

How can I check an invoice?

All of your past invoices are stored in the Ordermentum app, just select “History” from the menu on the left, and all your past invoices will appear.

What tap beer system options do you have?

We have a range of draught beer systems to suit all venues. From 8 litre counter-top units, to small format kegs, mobile and temporary units to permanent installations – we’ve got a system for everyone.

How long does it take for a delivery to arrive?

We have next day delivery for metro areas when placed before the cutoff time (12pm). Please call 1300 217 377 to check if you are within these areas.

I’m not sure how to clean my beer lines. Can you help?

We sure can, our team can offer support for everything from system maintenance to product knowledge and everything in between.

What payment options do you have?

We have flexible payment options to suit your needs, including invoice, phone or credit card payment.
